Roof terrace

85 m², facing south, all to yourselves

The roof terrace is private: no one else comes up here. There is a lounge set in the shade of the white pergola, two sunbeds on a strip of artificial grass in the sun and a large table where six people can dine outdoors.

After the pool or the beach, rinse off under the outdoor shower. In the evening you look out over the rooftops of Pilar de la Horadada as the sun goes down.

Balcony

Breakfast on the balcony

As well as the roof terrace, the penthouse has a balcony along the full width of the living room, with a dining table and comfortable chairs. Wooden slats give shade and privacy, and you look out over a quiet tree-lined street and a green strip.

The private stairs up to the roof terrace start on the balcony too.

Dine together and unwind

The living room is light and calm, furnished with wood, rattan and soft colours. There is a comfortable sofa with a round coffee table, a smart TV on a wooden sideboard and a round dining table for six under a rattan pendant light.

Large sliding doors open onto the balcony. Air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi come as standard.

The first bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower against a wall of wood-look tiles. The second bathroom has a shower enclosure and zigzag-patterned tiles.

Both bathrooms have a hairdryer, toiletries and plenty of storage.

The garden of the complex has a shared pool with palm trees, a wooden bridge, water spouts and a large Buddha statue. It is a calm place to cool off and unwind.

From the lift you walk straight into the fenced garden.

Please shower before swimming and always keep an eye on children. The pool is shared with the other residents of the complex.
