Desde el salón, se accede a la terraza, que tiene baño en suite en la sala de estar. Si se suben las escaleras, se llega a la terraza privada en la azotea, equipada con un lujoso conjunto de salón, mesa de comedor, tumbonas, barbacoa y una ducha exterior para los calurosos días de verano.

The kitchen at Penthouse Pilar is designed for both comfort and ambiance. You'll find an elegant bar with two comfortable stools, perfect for a relaxed breakfast or a glass of wine. The Nespresso machine and electric kettle help you start the day right, while the induction cooktop, oven, and microwave make every meal a success. The spacious fridge with separate freezer drawers and the quiet dishwasher complete the picture. Cooking here is a pleasure—whether you're preparing tapas or a full dinner.

The living room is an oasis of peace and light. A comfortable seating area invites you to lounge, read, or enjoy a movie together on the flat-screen smart TV. Thanks to the large windows, the space is filled with natural light and offers direct access to the terrace. The dining table seats six people — perfect for long, cozy evenings with family or friends (we’re adding two extra chairs to accommodate everyone). Of course, air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi are available, so you’ll always stay connected, if you wish.

The second bedroom is furnished with two comfortable single beds, perfect for children or friends. The third room also contains a double bed, or can optionally be set up as a workspace. Each room radiates tranquility and comfort — exactly what you need for a relaxing stay.

The bathrooms are fresh, modern, and functional. The first bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, while the second includes a stylish shower cabin. Both spaces are equipped with luxury toiletries, a hairdryer, and ample storage. The clean lines and neutral tones give the bathrooms a calming atmosphere — perfect for refreshing yourself after a sunny day out.

With a surface area of no less than 85 m², the private rooftop terrace of Penthouse Pilar offers plenty of space to relax, dine, and enjoy the view. The comfortable lounge area invites you to unwind in the shade or sun, while the large dining table seats six to ten people. A movable BBQ and refreshing outdoor shower complete the experience. From here, you can overlook the surroundings, the pool, and even catch a glimpse of the sea in the distance — pure holiday luxury.
Extras in the Penthouse
In addition to the main living areas, Penthouse Pilar offers a range of extras to make your stay even more enjoyable. There’s a balcony overlooking the Ramblas of Pilar de la Horadada, and an elevator that takes you directly to the front door.
