1. Booking & Payment
- A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or agreed deposit.
- Payment can be made securely via our booking platform or direct transfer.
- By making a booking, guests agree to all terms stated on this page.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
- 50% refund for cancellations 14–29 days before arrival.
- No refund for cancellations less than 14 days before check-in.
- We recommend travel insurance in case of unexpected changes.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: From 15:00
- Check-out: By 10:00
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and must be requested in advance.
- Upon arrival, all guests must present valid ID for legal registration. A photo of the ID will be taken.
4. Occupancy
- Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- No parties or events allowed.
5. Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit may be requested prior to arrival.
- The deposit will be returned within 5 business days after check-out, pending inspection of the property.
6. House Rules
Guests are required to follow these house rules at all times:
- No smoking inside the apartment.
- No pets allowed.
- Respect quiet hours after 22:00.
- Dispose of trash and wash dishes before departure.
- Turn off all lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use.
- Shower before entering the shared pool.
- Respect neighbors, communal areas, and local laws.
7. Damage & Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- In case of significant damage, repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit or invoiced directly.
- Penthouse Pilar is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings during your stay.
8. Amenities
The following amenities are provided:
- Wi-Fi
- Air conditioning in each room
- Washing machine, oven, microwave, and coffee machine
- Smart TV
- Shared pool access (subject to community rules)
All amenities are offered as-is and are subject to availability. No compensation is offered for temporary outages due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, power grid, internet provider).
9. Health & Safety
- First aid kit and fire extinguisher are available in the apartment.
- Emergency contact numbers are listed in the Digital Guest Guide.
- In case of serious emergency, call 112.
10. Cleaning
- The apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival.
- Mid-stay cleaning is not included but can be arranged on request (extra charge).
- Guests must leave the property in tidy condition upon departure.
11. Privacy
- We collect and store your information solely for the purpose of booking and guest registration, in accordance with GDPR.
- Your information is never shared with third parties without consent.
12. Governing Law
- These terms and your stay at Penthouse Pilar are governed by Spanish law.
- Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in the province of Alicante.
